News - Marflow Engineering Appoints New Managing Director Archive

Birmingham brassware manufacturer, Marflow Engineering Ltd, has announced the appointment of David Gannon as their new Managing Director.

David takes up his appointment with immediate effect, allowing Paul Fennell, majority shareholder and vacating Managing Director, to concentrate on his new role as Group Chairman of Marflow Engineering Ltd and its sister company, Marflow Hydronics Ltd.

Marflow Engineering Ltd was founded in 1968 and Paul Fennell has been with the company since its inception, taking over as Managing Director in the 1980’s.  Of his recent decision to step down from the day-to-day business activities, he says “I am extremely pleased that David has agreed to join the company.   He has a very strong background in sales and marketing within the bathroom sector as well as varied general management experience.  He will bring a fresh and energetic approach to our business”

David Gannon’s industry experience spans over 20 years and he joins Marflow from Kudos Shower Products Ltd where he held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for 5 years.   Commenting on his new role, David said “I am delighted to have been appointed as Managing Director of Marflow.  As a well-established British manufacturer, Marflow is an exciting opportunity and my vision is to ensure a secure future for the business by continuing to develop their portfolio of brands.
