News - Expert Advice from KBSA at Grand Designs Live Archive

Monday, December 10th 2012

The Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) enjoyed an exceptionally successful year at the Grand Designs Live Exhibition in  Birminghamwith visitors queuing to take advice from their KBB expert.

The KBSA was situated in the Ask An Expert area located within the Grand Build hall and had an expert on hand to answer any visitors’ questions on buying a new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or home office.

Ruth Ward, KBSA sales and marketing director comments: “Our expert Alan Stanford was busy all day every day such was the demand for advice, proving that homeowners are not looking for quick fixes but wanting to invest in quality improvements in their homes.

“Many enquiries were related to how to obtain the best design advice before embarking on a project.  A lot of people had been disappointed with the level of customer service and design expertise they had found on the high street.

“Alan was able to demonstrate how good design can influence the success of a project and recommend retailers from the KBSA network as they all offer a full design and planning service alongside exceptional customer service.

“Whilst value for money is still an important factor the feedback we received at the exhibition proved once again that even in these austere times, the design skills and service offered by the specialist retailer is still very much in demand.”
